Working Process

Material Incoming Inspection
Raw materials verified against grade and dimensional specs before entering the production floor.

Marking & CNC Plasma Cutting
Components marked and CNC plasma or flame cut to precise dimensions per approved fabrication drawings.

Fitup & Structural Assembly
Structural members fitted and assembled as per approved drawings with accurate joint alignment.

Welding
SAW and MIG welding carried out by qualified welders per approved WPS and applicable codes.

In-Process QC Inspection
Dimensional and visual checks at each stage ensure conformance to drawing and quality specs.

Shot Blasting
Surface prepared to Sa 2.5 finish using shot blasting for optimal coating adhesion.

Painting & Protective Coating
Primer and finish coats applied via airless spray per client and project specification.

Final QC & Dispatch
Final QC review and sign-off completed before loading and dispatch to the project site.
