Structural forming
Press brake bending and ironworker ops shape structural members to drawing-specified dimensions.

Fit-up & assembly
Components are positioned and tack-welded per approved shop drawings before final welding.

Welding
MIG, SAW, and manual arc welding using qualified procedures ensuring full structural joint integrity.

Quality inspection
Dimensional checks and NDT performed at critical weld joints and structural connections.

Surface treatment
